Paytm charges 4% for transferring money to bank Why?

SHARE
It is discouraging that paytm is taking charges to transfer the money into the bank.
Recently i add money into my paytm account before it i doesn't know that paytm will take this amount of huge money.
I add ten thousand rupees and i was so delighted that i wouldn't have to go to the bank because bank was far away from my house. But when i go to the money transfer section the one word come from my mind & that was f**k.
I was so disheartened but i did that i had pay 204.8 extra money to the paytm..
At last i will say every company wants money by whichever means so don't trust this type of company .

Now paytm playing darty business like other national banks do. Paytm charging big amount of money only for bank transfer transaction; yes, almost 4%.
Here is image proof charges 60/- only for transferring 2000/- from paytm wallet to my bank a/c.
Second problem i faced, when you trying to connect customer service number, lot of computer voice message you have to listen. Too much irritation, just fee like hit head on wall. No direct contact to any person.
Third, most of time cash back does not credit. Just recent i ordered one item from paytmMall which cost around 6k, as per there case back rule i should get 200/- within 24hr of product receive. Even after 2 days i didn't get any cashback.
Instead paytm better to use tez. There is no transaction charges and money will direct go to your saving account.
