ਉੱਤਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ, ਯੂਪੀ, ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਸਣੇ ਕਈ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੂਫਾਨ ਮਚਾਇਆ। ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ, ਬਿਜਲੀ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 40 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਕਾਨਪੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ 18 ਮੌਤਾਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪ੍ਰਯਾਗਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ 14, ਕੌਸ਼ੰਬੀ ਵਿਚ 4, ਆਗਰਾ ਵਿਚ 3, ਉਨਾਓ ਵਿਚ ਦੋ, ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪਗੜ, ਵਾਰਾਣਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਏਬਰੇਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ-ਇਕ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ।ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 4-4 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਆਮਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਵਾਚ ਟਾਵਰ 'ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਸੈਲਫੀ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ' ਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਿਚ ਅੱਠ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ।

ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰ ਤੱਕ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਕਈਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਤੇਜ਼ ਮੀਂਹ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸੱਤ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਸਣੇ 10 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ 13 ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਬਿਜਲੀ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਕਾਰਨ 10 ਬੱਕਰੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ 13 ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਕਾਰਨ 40 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ।

ਉਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਕਾਰਨ ਆਏ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਖਿਸਕਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਘਰ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਅੱਠ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਸਮੇਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ, ਜਦੋਂਕਿ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਕਈਂ ਵਿਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਹੋਈ। ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ. ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਪੰਜ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਲਈ 'ਓਰੇਂਜ ਅਲਰਟ' ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।

ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਕੇਰਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਮਛੇਰਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਮੌਸਮ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੇ ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੱਖਣ-ਪੱਛਮੀ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਨੇ 10 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੱਕ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਉੱਤਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਸਤਕ ਦੇਣੀ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ।

These are my favorite collection of photography hacks which everyone should know and very easy to try:
HACK 1 : Use a Drop of Water to Create Your Own Macro Lens on Your Smart Phone
A Best Macro Lens trick is to use a straw to drop a small droplet of water on your smart phone lens to magnify your image immensely. A small drop won’t run off when you pick up your phone to take a picture.
HACK 2 : Take back light photos at golden hour for desirable portraits with a warm glow
The golden hour in photography is the first and last hour of sunlight of the day, where you get the desired soft light for halo like portraits. And if you really want to be precise, there is an app for that. The Golden Hour App shows you the path of the sun in the sky for the location and date selected.
HACK 3 : Turn a ordinary Pan into a DIY Beauty Dish
Beauty Dish is used by portrait photographers to get a flattering lighting effect on their subject. The intensity of light on the subject compared to the surrounding, and the silver color reflected off of the aluminum add to the effect. Cut a hole in the center of the turkey pan, add some aluminum in front, assemble as shown with the flash/bulb inserted.
HACK 4 : Use a plastic bag on your lens to get a haze and blur effect
Crumple a plastic bag, wrap it at the front of your camera lens and fix it with a rubber band. Tear it at the center using your hand which will create stretch marks and create a fading transition effect from blurred to sharp region. You can double up on bags to achieve an even greater blurred effect.
HACK 5 : Use burst mode to capture a fleeting range of expressions, motion and improve the odds of a good group shot
In burst mode, several photos are captured in quicksuccession. This feature is available on most digital cameras, DSLRs andthrough app features on your smart phone. You shoot in this continuous highspeed by holding down the shutter button on your camera.
HACK 6 : Overexpose your photo in low light situations
Use your camera’s exposure compensation capability to dial the exposure compensation to the positive side in order to purposefully overexpose your photo. The scale on most DSLR’s allow from -3 to +3 stops in1/3 stop increments.
HACK 7 : Be in two places at once with an easy panoramic trick
With the help from a friend and a little jogging, you can pose in the frame multiple times. Open your phone’s camera app and select the panoramic mode. Have your friend start on the far left of the frame and slowly pan to the right. As soon as you are out of the frame run around behind your friend and pose again somewhere to the right. Play around with it to see how many times you can squeeze into the frame.
HACK 8 :  Use Apps, such as Camera Awesome and Camera+, to enhance your smart phone pictures, to enhance your smart phone pictures
Photography apps on smart phones have come a long way. While smart phones don’t offer the professional capabilities of DSLR camera, you can still use these apps to help adjust and enhance your photos to take them to a new level.
Two favorites are Camera Awesome (iphone and Android) and Camera + (iphone). Camera Awesome has an easy-to-set timer and burst feature. It also allows you to set ISO, white balance and exposure separately.
HACK 9 :  Perfect“Jumping” photos using burst mode and faster shutter speeds
Get low to take the photograph so the jumpers appear higher! If you have your subjects try to create shapes with their bodies instead of jumping straight up and down, it will give more of a floating effect. To ensure sure you capture the perfect moment, use the burst mode on your camera and a faster shutter speed to freeze the movement.

DELETE TOURISTS FROM TRAVEL PHOTOS
THIS LITTLE TECHNIQUE MAKES IT EASY TO GET RID OF THE TOURISTS IN YOUR TRAVEL SHOTS! (PHOTO FROM STOCK)
This is an awesome trick for travel photographers. Sometimes you’re at an amazing location, but there are people in the way of your shot.  If you want to take a picture of a landmark and people are in your shot, you will likely spend the rest of your adult life cloning people out of the shot unless you try this technique.
Step 1: Set your camera on a tripod.
Step 2: Take a picture about every 10 seconds until you have about 15 shots, depending on how fast people are walking around.
Step 3: Open all the images in Photoshop by going to File> Scripts > Statistics.   Choose “median” and select the files you took.
Step 4: Bam!  Photoshop finds what is different in the photos and simply removes it!  Since the people moved around, it fills the area where someone was standing with part of another photo where no one was there.
The “statistics” script mentioned here is only available in Photoshop Extended or in the Creative Cloud version of Photoshop; also you can get a somewhat similar effect in recent versions of Photoshop Elements by going to Enhance >Photo merge > Scene Cleaner.
All these are my collections, which are very easy to try by anyone. You don't need to be a professional photographer to do this. Try and use it in your own way and knowing these hacks increase the quality of your photograph.

Always sleep on your left side.
All my life my mom has always told me ‘sleep on your left ear.’ But she never explained why?
Anything happens, whether I am having gas, headaches, cramps or fever, my mother always advised to sleep on the left side.
I found this reason on the Internet.
This habit has benefits mainly related to our digestion process.
  • Better Elimination
The small intestine dumps waste through the ileocecal valve (ICV) on the right side of the body into the beginning of the large intestine. The large intestine travels up the right side of your belly the across the tummy, where it dumps waste into the descending colon on the left side.
Sleeping on the left side allows gravity to encourage the food waste to move more easily from the small intestine into the large intestine through the ICV.
As the night wears on and you continue to sleep on your left side, the waste moves more easily into the descending colon. With the help of gravity and a good night’s sleep on the left the side, the descending colon is full of waste to easily eliminate completely each morning.
  • Better Heart Function
Sleeping on the left also allows much of the intestines to hang away from the very thin-walled inferior vena cava (IVC) which brings venous blood back toward the heart. Interestingly, the IVC lies against the right side of the spine, so when you lie on the left much of the viscera falls away from the IVC. Here again, gravity is just making the heart’s job a little easier.
  • Ever Feel Sleepy After a Big Meal?
In Ayurveda , it is common practice to rest on the left side of the body after taking a meal. Ayurveda suggests a short, ten minute rest on the left side to help the body properly digest the food.
The stomach and the pancreas (which make digestive enzymes) hang like slings on the left side. When you lie on the left side, the stomach and pancreas hang naturally, allowing for optimal and efficient digestion. The food is encouraged to move through the stomach naturally and the pancreatic enzymes are released as needed rather than all at once, which might happen more easily than if you were on the right side with the pull of gravity.
If you lie on the right side, the stomach and pancreas will hang in a somewhat unnatural position, forcing them to empty their contents prematurely.
  • Other benefits :

Forget Sudafed. Here’s an easier, quicker, and cheaper remedy to relieve sinus pressure: Alternate thrusting your tongue against the roof of your mouth, then pressing between your eyebrows with one finger. This causes the vomer bone, which runs through the nasal passages to the mouth, to rock back and forth, says Lisa DeStefano, D.O., an assistant professor at the Michigan State University college of osteopathic medicine. The motion loosens congestion; after 20 seconds, you’ll feel your sinuses start to drain.

Worried that chilli will repeat on you tonight? Try this preventive remedy: “Sleep on your left side,” says Anthony A. Starpoli, M.D., a New York City gastroenterologist and assistant professor of medicine at New York Medical College. Studies have shown that patients who sleep on their left sides are less likely to suffer from acid reflux. The esophagus and stomach connect at an angle. When you sleep on your right, the stomach is higher than the esophagus, allowing food and stomach acid to slide up your throat. When you’re on your left, the stomach is lower than the esophagus, so gravity’s in your favor.
9. Cure Your Toothache
Just rub ice on the back of your hand, on the V-shaped webbed area between your thumb and index finger. A Canadian study found that this technique reduces toothache pain by as much as 50 percent compared with using no ice. The nerve pathways at the base of that V stimulate an area of the brain that blocks pain signals from the face and hands.

When you accidentally singe your finger on the stove, clean the skin and apply light pressure with the finger pads of your unmarred hand. Feeling dizzy? Put your hand on something stable. The part of your ear responsible for balance–the cupula– floats in a fluid of the same density as blood. “As alcohol dilutes blood in the cupula, the cupula becomes less dense and rises,” says Dr. Schaffer. This confuses your brain. The tactile input from a stable object gives the brain a second opinion, and you feel more in balance. Because the nerves in the hand are so sensitive, this works better than the conventional foot-on-the-floor wisdom.

This puts downward pressure on your liver (which lives on your right side), which then tugs at the diaphragm and creates a side stitch, according to The Doctors Book of Home Remedies for Men. Press your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth, covering as much as you can. “Since the nerves in the roof of your mouth get extremely cold, your body thinks your brain is freezing, too,” says Abo. “In compensating, it overheats, causing an ice-cream headache.” The more pressure you apply to the roof of your mouth, the faster your headache will subside.

Poor distance vision is rarely caused by genetics, says Anne Barber, O.D., an optometrist in Tacoma, Washington. “It’s usually caused by near-point stress.” In other words, staring at your computer screen for too long. So flex your way to 20/20 vision. Every few hours during the day, close your eyes, tense your body, take a deep breath, and, after a few seconds, release your breath and muscles at the same time. Next time you’re at a party, try this trick: Have a person hold one arm straight out to the side, palm down, and instruct him to maintain this position. Then place two fingers on his wrist and push down. He’ll resist. Now have him put one foot on a surface that’s a half inch higher (a few magazines) and repeat. This time his arm will cave like the French. By misaligning his hips, you’ve offset his spine, says Rachel Cosgrove, C.S.C.S., co-owner of Results Fitness, in Santa Clarita, California. Your brain senses that the spine is vulnerable, so it shuts down the body’s ability to resist.

On a less formal occasion , or college going students ,one should wear a t-shirt which has collar (Polo t-shirt) insted of wearing round neck or v-neck t-shirts.

Always wear white color sneakers on blue jeans and not black shoes.
Never ever wear a visible socks when wearing Joggers. Instead you can wear no show socks .
You can Pinroll your jeans.
Go for different shade jeans instead of complete blue.
If you like ripped jeans , just go for simple knee ripped jeans it looks good.
Additional :
1 . When wearing formals , the color of your belt and shoe should be same.
2. The length of formal pant should be such that no foldings or wrinkles appear when you wear them.
These are just the hacks which I follow .

  1. When wearing a half-sleeve t-shirt (round neck or v-neck) make sure that the sleeves fit your arm otherwise you can just fold sleeves once.
Or you can just go for full sleeve shirts ,these look too good .
2. When wearing shorts , wear a t-shirt or plane color shirt , and sneakers or slip ons or Flip-flops.
